Fictitious Nameplate Competition

Well, we had some good entries for the Fictitious nameplate competition. Here are a selection of the most interesting ones;

   H.G. Ivatt  (personally I like this one but it was suggested by an IDRS team member - so sorry Ben...)
   King James 11 (not immediately obvious, but think of it in the Princess, Duchess, Duke theme of LMS loco names)
   Exeter    ( think 34001... )
   and we also had a request for One million votes for the recreation not to be named at all. Don't worry we don't have any plans to do so....

   However, the selected winner was suggested by Mr Winter,

   Mr Winter wins a 2012 Classic Trains Calendar from the USA featuring such monsters as Big Boy No. 4002 and the Southern Pacific Daylight No. 4449. Congratulations, and please keep watching our news, as we have some exciting things happening now, which will be announced here first.
